Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the "Download Women’s Golf Magazine To Win" competition ("Competition") conducted by [Promoter Name] ("Promoter").

1.2. By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Competition Period

2.1. The Competition opens on February 26, 2025, and closes on April 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM AEST ("Competition Period").

2.2. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Competition is open to Australian residents only.

3.2. Participants must be [minimum age, if applicable] years or older.

3.3. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3.4. Each participant may enter once. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

4. Entry Method

4.1. To enter, participants must submit a written response via the official website during the Competition Period.

4.2. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted outside the Competition Period will be disqualified.

4.3. The Competition does not require a purchase to enter.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

5.1. Four (4) winners will be selected at random.

5.2. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within [timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of the Competition closing.

5.3. Winners may also be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels (TBC).

5.4. If a winner does not claim their prize within [e.g., 7 days], the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

6. Prizes

6.1. Each winner will receive one (1) prize, chosen at random from the following:

  • 2-night stay at Beach Club Resort, Hamilton Island & 18 holes at Hamilton Island Golf Course for 2 people (approx. value: $2,000 AUD)
  • A year’s supply of Mizuno Golf Balls (6 dozen) (approx. value: $530 AUD)
  • 1 x pair of ECCO women’s golf shoes (value dependent on the selected pair)
  • Birds of Condor Accessories Pack (approx. value: $189 AUD)

6.2. The Hamilton Island prize is subject to terms and conditions provided by Hamilton Island (attached separately).

6.3. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

6.4. Prizes will be distributed as follows:

  • Hamilton Island prize: Voucher sent via email
  • ECCO prize: Sent directly by ECCO to the winner
  • Mizuno prize: Sent directly by Mizuno to the winner
  • Birds of Condor prize: Sent directly by Birds of Condor to the winner

7. Publicity & Intellectual Property

7.1. By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name and entry for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7.2. Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities, including photographs and interviews.

7.3. By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their entry for promotional purposes.

8. Liability & Indemnity

8.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any:

  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries
  • Technical failures affecting entry submission
  • Prizes lost, damaged, or delayed during delivery

8.2. Participants agree to release and indemnify the Promoter from any liability arising from their participation in the Competition or acceptance of a prize.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

9.1. Personal information collected includes [e.g., name, email, phone number] and will be used solely for:

  • Administering the Competition
  • Notifying winners
  • Marketing purposes (if consent is given)

9.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except for prize fulfilment (e.g., ECCO, Mizuno, Birds of Condor).

10. Legal & Dispute Resolution

11.2. Force majeure: The Promoter is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
